I have arond 330 Keys per minute... I would like to be faster (around 430), how can I get train this? Doe's anybody know any good practice? Or do I have just typing a text?

I'm not the very best typist, but I rarely type... I'm somewhere around 430 wpm. I find that you shouldn't read any of the words - if you read the words then you'll find yourself thinking about how to spell them. This relies upon memory instead of just writing the words in front of your face. If you just pay attention about 6 or 7 characters ahead, and don't really worry about spelling, your speed will improve. Unfortunately this takes a bit of practice. Once I got the hang of it, my typing speed increased tremendously.
Recap: try to minimize thinking involved at all times and you'll do much better.
Also, knowing the numbers and symbols helps a lot.
