Just typed 504 words, and I don't think I'm able to write any faster. But somehow there are a few guys here typing ALOT FASTER!!! If I still want to improve, where do I go from now? How do I go from 500 to 600 wpm?
Just technique? Different keyboards? Or do some people just "have it"? |

| Comment: | I need some help with typing. I am getting low scores on your site and i was wondering . i have my own typing style and i don't use my pinkies very often when typing. Typing the proper way only gets me in the way and has more errors and strain. I am double jointed on my left hand and it is very difficult to type as it makes this weird cracking sound when typing.

I like the scale above the text, that shows the Speed and the green highlighting is a good idea too, but I'm every time confused, when I begin a new line and the highlighting still remains in the line before. In this case I would prefer the old cursor, which was there before the update.
And once it didn't work any more. I typed, the time was running, but the words didn't turn green and the word number did not increase.
I'll give my best to get used to the new layout and I'm glad that there is still somebody who tends this program.
It's the best typing test I have seen so far. |
