I noticed, that even if I feel like I just did my best typing sometimes I achieve a lower CPM, when there are many ' characters (for which I need to use shift on my layout) and/or CaPiTaLs AlTeRnAtInG wItH lOwErCaSe characters. I feel like these should count at least double CPM points.

I suppose it would make programming harder, but when a LONGER THAN 2 CHARACTER TEXT IS IN ALL CAPITALS, then it should only count as 2 extra keystrokes for turning capslock on and off.

For people who don't have rights to change system language it would be great if there was an option in Typera to choose which characters need the use of key combination. (For me I think '?;! are the most common, that I suspect to be single keystroke on EN/US layout)
